 "A flexible mind is a strong mind."

 The physical practice of yoga, just 1of its 8 limbs, keeps our bodies strong and flexible so we can play volleyball through the decades, preventing injury and slowing the aging process. The other 7 limbs serve as a framework to help us grow in all areas of life. Yoga provides a space in which we are invited to slow our busy minds down and connect with the essential rhythm of breath, where our focus drops into the body and intuition is discovered. 

We teach mindful, approachable classes that all ages and ranges can truly enjoy.
